Our programs are comprised of our KINDERGym Program which is our preschool aged gymnastics & ninja classes and ACADEMYGym which is comprised of our school aged boys & girl’s gymnastics & ninja classes. All our KINDERGym classes are based on age and/or experience in our program. All ACADEMYGym classes are also based on age and/or experience. If you are NEW to CAG and have gymnastics experience, we offer evaluation times to make sure your child is placed in the correct class.
CAG does offer competitive programs on an invite only basis. Please inquire in the main office for more information.

PROMOTION
KINDERGym & Twisters 5/6
No skill challenges or missions (Lil Ninja) are held for these students. We allow our youngest participants to progress at their own rate. If a student is ready to be challenged, the parent will be notified, and appropriate class recommendation made.
ACADEMYGym
Twisters B/W & Up
***NEW FOR 2019-2020*** We are excited to offer a new skill progress update format that we will now call Skill Challenges. Based upon recommendation of readiness by class teacher, students will be invited to participate in mobility skill challenges. Students will be tested on the appropriate power skills lists in an obstacle course format. Upon successful completion, the student will receive a bracelet of the color class they have been promoted out of ie. Twisters Blue/White – Twisters Purple would receive a blue white wrist band.
The initial skill challenges will be offered throughout the month of January during class times & on Saturday afternoons.
Ninja Zone
CAG Ninjas get promoted through a mission ceremony i.e.; white to yellow, yellow to green and green to blue. When CAG Ninjas are ready to mobilize to the next level, the students will receive an email invitation to notify you of available mission times.
KINDERGym – Preschool Age Classes
TWINKLE STARS – 12-18mos – Please call or visit our main office to inquire about this class.
Twinkle Stars is an experiential class for infants who need a parent or caregiver to move but are prepared for sensory activities in a gym environment. They develop and refine their gross motor & sensory integration skills. Parents must be prepared for full involvement and group activities with their children. This class will be held once a month as a free class. We have set up 3 dates for the fall for Twinkle Stars – Wed 10/30 & Wed 12/4 from 9:30am – 10:30am.
FIREFLIES (18 mos – 3yrs – Caregiver Participation Required) – 45 min
Get ready for the BEST day of your week! Enrich your toddler’s social, emotional and physical development with gymnastics-based rhythm & movement activities. Develop and refine your toddlers fine and gross motor skills, body awareness & coordination! Caregiver & Child will discover the joy of movement together while meeting new friends in a fun and healthy atmosphere!
SPARKLERS (3-4yrs Coed – Must be Potty Trained) – 55 min
EXCITING gymnastics activities for children ages 3-4 years old. Emphasis is placed on the development of gross motor skills and body awareness in a safe & structured environment. The class includes music & rhythm activities, explorative & cooperative tasks, obstacle courses, trampoline, and use of all the gymnastics apparatus in a variety of creative lessons for the preschool-age child.
STARLIGHTS (Returning 4-5yrs Coed – Must be Potty Trained) – 55 min
EXCITING gymnastics activities for children ages 4-5 years that have previously been enrolled in our Tumbling Tots program. The class includes music & rhythm activities, explorative & cooperative tasks, obstacle courses, trampoline and use of all the gymnastics apparatus in a variety of creative lessons for the preschool age child. Starlights will continue to learn gymnastics skills and class participation at a more advanced pace than the Sparklers.
LIL NINJAS (3-5yrs Coed – Must be potty trained) – 55 min
Lil’ Ninjas is the entry-level to the all-new sport discipline inspired by gymnastics, martial arts, obstacle training, and freestyle movement. Class goals: Listening skills, confidence, trying new things, working through frustration, and manners. We do all this through a myriad of skills and progressions.
ACADEMYGym – School Age Classes
TWISTERS 5/6 BLUE/WHITE – Beginner Skill Curriculum – All 5 & 6-year-old Beginner Girls who have completed KINDERGym program OR are NEW to the ACADEMYGym Program– 55 min
This is a 55 minute class for our 5 & 6 year old beginner girls that consists of beginner basic skills and progressions introduced on each gymnastics apparatus. Skills include rolls, cartwheels, core gymnastics positions, bar & beam basics. Tumbling and trampoline create a strong foundation – balance beam, bars & vault increase strength and flexibility – all activities combine to create an all-around gymnastics experience.
TWISTERS BLUE/WHITE– Beginner Skill Curriculum – Beginner Girls 1st Grade & Up that are NEW to the ACADEMYGym Program– 55 min
This is a 55 minute class for our beginner girls in 1st grade & up focusing on basic skills and progressions introduced on each gymnastics apparatus. Skills include rolls, cartwheels, core gymnastics positions and bar basics. Tumbling and trampoline create a strong foundation – balance beam, bars & vault increase strength and flexibility – all activities combine to create an all-around gymnastics experience.
TWISTERS PURPLE – Advanced Beginner Skill Curriculum – Twisters that have completed all Blue/White Level Skill Curriculum.
Let’s get ready to CARTWHEEL, ROUND OFF & SWING! Basic skills and progressions are reviewed & continued on each gymnastics apparatus. Tumbling and trampoline create a strong foundation – balance beam, bars & vault increase strength and flexibility – all activities combine to create an all-around gymnastics experience.
REBOUNDERS BLUE/WHITE – Intermediate Skill Curriculum – Twisters that have completed all Purple Level Skill Curriculum.
Emphasis on foundation skills continue and new intermediate level skills are introduced – tumbling and bar skills are stressed. Students work to strengthen & build their skills needed to progress beyond the beginning levels. Advancement to REBOUNDERS PURPLE requires attainment of Rebounders Blue/White Level Skill Requirements.
REBOUNDERS PURPLE – Intermediate/Advanced Skill Curriculum – Rebounders that have completed all Blue/White Skill Curriculum.
Basics are reviewed and refined, and this class consists of intermediate advanced level skills. The curriculum is a mix of variations of previously learned skills, 2 or more skills connected as well as completely new skills. Advancement to Aerials Blue/White is by completing all Rebounders Purple Level Skill Curriculum Requirements.
AERIALS BLUE/WHITE – ADVANCED SKILL CURRICULUM – Rebounders that have completed all Purple Level Skill Curriculum.
On to BIGGER & BETTER challenges! More difficult skills and progressions are introduced, including back handsprings on floor and skill combinations on beam and bars. Conditioning and flexibility is included.
AERIALS PURPLE – ADVANCED SKILL CURRICULUM – Aerials that have completed all Blue/White Level Skill Curriculum.
CAG’s highest level of ACADEMYGym classes. Continue development of skill mastery on all events. Conditioning and flexibility is included.
FLYERS 1 & 2 – KINDERGARTEN AND UP – Beginner & Intermediate Boys – Flyers 1 & 2 Skill Curriculum
Basic skills and progressions are introduced on each gymnastics apparatus. Tumbling and trampoline create a strong foundation – rings, bars & vault increase strength and flexibility – all activities combine to create an all-around gymnastics experience.

NINJA WHITE – Ages: 5 & Up- Co-ed – 55 min
Children learn a combination of flips, rolls, jumps, and kicks in combination on strength & agility courses. A progressive level system evaluates and advances children on their skill and knowledge of core values as described in the Ninja Zone creed.
NINJA ADVANCED YELLOW/GREEN/BLUE – Ages: 7 & Up- Co-ed – 55 min
The Ninja Advanced Curriculum teaches a combination of flips, rolls, jumps and kicks. Strength and agility are tested through obstacle courses and various training techniques. A progressive level system evaluates and advances children their skill and knowledge of core values as described in the Ninja Zone creed. Children advanced and learn at their own pace. The levels of Ninja Zone are defined by the headband colors of Yellow, Green & Blue.
