Annual (12 months) Registration Fee of $65 or Limited Seasonal Registration Fee of $35 required

Full Day – Weekly Rate: $475.00 – Daily Pre Registration – $110.00/Daily Same Day Registration – $130.00 – Ages 4 yrs & up

Half Day – Weekly Rate: $350.00 – Daily Pre Registration- $75.00/Daily Same Day Registration – $95.00 – Ages 3 yrs & up – must be potty trained!

Full Day: 9am-4pm $105 Pre Reg/$125 Same Day Reg -(4yrs & Up) 

Half Day: 9am-12:30pm/12:30-4pm $70- Pre Reg/$90- Same Day Reg -(3yrs &Up – must be potty trained)

CA will be holding Full Day & Half Day camps during Spring Break – registration is OPEN!

Camps will be held the week of March 25th-29th, 2024! 

Full Day: 9am-4pm $105 Pre Reg/$125 Same Day Reg/5-Day-$450-(4yrs & Up) 

Half Day: 9am-12:30pm/12:30-4pm $70- Pre Reg/$90- Same Day Reg/5-day $325-(3&Up)

IMPORTANT PARTICIPATION CAMP PROTOCOL REMINDERS:

ARRIVAL & DISMISSAL

DROP OFF:

  • PARENTS – Please park in the parking lot & walk your child to the front doors & into the Lobby.
    • Full Day Drop Off – 8:55-9:00am
    • Half Day AM Drop Off – 8:55-9:00am 
    • Half Day PM Drop Off – 12:25-12:35pm
  • A PARENT MUST SIGN THEIR CAMPER IN EACH DAY.
    • If someone other than the parent is picking your camper up, please let the main office know so we are able to make a note of it and our staff may ask for ID.

PICK UP:

  • PARENTS – Please park in the parking lot & enter through the main lobby doors to pick up your camper.  (Follow the signs)
    • Half Day AM Pick Up – 12:25 – 12:35pm
    • Half Day PM Pick Up – 3:55 – 4:05pm
    • Full Day Pick Up – 3:55 – 4:05pm
  • A PARENT OR CARETAKER MUST SIGN OUT THEIR CAMPER EACH DAY. 
    • If someone other than the parent is picking your camper up, please let the main office know so we are able to make a note of it and our staff may ask for ID.

PLEASE BE ON TIME WHEN PICKING UP YOUR CAMPER.  Late pick-ups are charged $25.00 every 15 minutes after camp has ended.

ACTIVE KIDS CAMP REMINDERS & INFORMATION CHECKLIST:

  • HAVE YOUR CAMPERS READY TO PARTICIPATE:
    • AM & FULL DAY CAMPERS – COME WELL FED WITH A HEALTHY & NUTRITIOUS BREAKFAST.
      • Full Day Campers Should Bring TWO Nutritious, Healthy, Nut Free Snacks M-F & Lunch – M-Th.
      • AM Campers please bring ONE Nutritious, Healthy & Nut Free Snack – M-F.
    • PM CAMPERS – COME WELL FED WITH A HEALTHY & NUTRITIOUS LUNCH!
      • AM Campers please bring ONE Nutritious, Healthy & Nut Free Snack – M-F.
      • FRIDAY is PIZZA PARTY DAY! – You do NOT need lunch OR snacks unless your child does not like pizza. We order cheese and pepperoni pizza only. Pizza is provided by CA for both HALF and FULL DAY CAMPERS
    • CAMPERS MUST BRING THEIR OWN LABELED WATER BOTTLE DAILY. CA Has Filtered Water Stations So Your Camper Can Refill Their Water Throughout The Day
    • CHANTILLY ACADEMY GYMNASTICS FOLLOWS A NUT AWARE POLICY REGARDING OUTSIDE FOOD BROUGHT INTO THE GYM. PLEASE DO NOT SEND ANY NUT BASED SNACK OR FOOD WITH YOUR CHILD.
  • CHILD READINESS & PARTICIPATION GUIDELINES:
      • Child Readiness:
        • Full Day Camper Ages 4yrs & Potty Trained to 11yrs – No gymnastics experience required.
        • Half Day Camper Ages 3yrs & Potty Trained to 11yrs – No gymnastics experience required.
        • Campers must be potty trained and able to manage all bathroom requirements.
        • Campers must be able to follow all instructions and safety guidelines set forth in order to participate. Disruptive behavior of any kind cannot be tolerated and parents will be asked to remove their child upon request.

  • ATTIRE, JEWELRY, VALUABLES & WELLNESS: 
        • ATTIRE & JEWELRY:
          • GYMNASTICS ATTIRE IS REQUIRED WITH HAIR PULLED BACK OFF THE NECK & OUT OF FACE.  
          • A leotard & gym shorts for GIRLS AND t-shirt & gym shorts for BOYS. T-shirts tucked in and NO crop tops or exposed midriffs allowed.
          • Attire must be FREE of buckles, belts, zipper or buttons.  
          • Socks are removed for participation.  If any skin conditions or broken skin please provide slip proof socks to be worn.
          • NO JEWELRY (No Necklaces, Bracelets/Anklets/Body Chains or Watches allowed while participating with the exception of a single pair of stud earrings. 
          • CA is NOT responsible for any broken, damaged or lost jewelry.

  • VALUABLES – CA is NOT responsible for any broken, damaged, lost or stolen valuables.
        • Do not send your child with valuables to the gym.  
        • NO cell phones are allowed in the gym.  Leave all electronics at home.
  • WELLNESS: 
      • If your child is not feeling well or is sick, please do not send them.
      • If a child becomes ill while at camp parents will be asked to come immediately to pick them up.
      • If any skin conditions or broken skin please cover or if on feet, please provide slip proof socks to be worn.
      • Following instructions is required and critical to keep our campers safe. Please discuss this very important guideline with your camper.  
      • Injury is inherent to any physical activity.  Trips and falls are the most common injury which take place in the gym, but serious injury can occur.  Gymnastics involves height, rotation, inversion and various pieces of apparatus.  Gymnastics mats and Spotters cannot prevent injury but can reduce the risk or seriousness of the injury.
      • Respect and tolerance is required at CAG. Please be kind to all.
      • Be sure to report any injuries which may occur during camp.  
      • Remind your child to drink plenty of water.  Be aware of heat related illness & its prevention.
